What to Expect
How it Works
You don’t have to figure it out alone—therapy is a space to sort through hard things with guidance and support
1
Get in touch
Take the first step by connecting to schedule a free consultation, which is a 15 minute phone call. I will ask a little about what you are looking for help and answer any questions you have. This is an important part of exploring whether this feels like the right fit for you.
2
Start your journey
In session, we’ll identify your goals and create a thoughtful, supportive path forward at a pace that feels right for you. Therapy focuses on understanding patterns in your relationships, family, and daily life. The work is collaborative—you remain in charge of what feels most important to address.
3
Change and Growth
Change is a process, not a quick fix—meaningful shifts happen as awareness increases. You may notice shifts in thinking, reactivity, and relationships before behavior changes feel automatic. Therapy helps you build the skills to respond thoughtfully in a wide range of situations.
Office Environment
This is a safe, comfortable space where you are invited to slow down and settle in. The office is designed to feel warm and grounding, helping your nervous system find ease as you begin your therapeutic work.
Within this space, you will be met with care, respect, and nonjudgmental presence, so you can share openly and move at a pace that feels right for you.
